How much does it cost to press CDs?
The price depends on the type of CD, packaging and quantity you choose. We offer CD-Rs from 50 copies and professionally pressed CDs from 200 copies. Please feel free to contact us for a quotation tailored to your requirements.
How long is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks after approval of the print proof. Larger quantities or special solutions may take slightly longer. We will always confirm the exact production schedule with you.
What audio format should I send?
For CD pressing, we recommend WAV files at 44.1 kHz and 16-bit, in accordance with the Red Book standard.
What packaging options can I choose from?
We offer a range of options, including jewel cases, slim cases, cardboard sleeves, digipaks and digifiles. All options can be complemented with booklets in various page counts.
Do you print both the disc and the packaging?
Yes. We print both the CD itself and the packaging to a professional standard. If you need help with the design, we can take care of that too.
What is the difference between printed CD-Rs and pressed CDs?
CD-Rs are digitally printed and burned, making them suitable for small runs and fast delivery. Pressed CDs are manufactured industrially using a glass master and offer excellent durability, full compatibility and a professional finish.
Can I also have my music pressed on vinyl?
Absolutely. In addition to CD pressing, we also offer vinyl pressing in small runs from 100 copies. Choose from 12″, 10″ and 7″ vinyl, with options such as coloured vinyl, gatefold sleeves and other special solutions.
